A Little Bit About Us
An Integrative, Evidence-Based Counselling Practice in SingaporeParts of Us is founded on the belief that authentic healing requires trust, collaboration, and deep understanding. We don't work from a one-size-fits-all model — every session is tailored, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to fit what you actually need, not a fixed programme. At the centre of how we work is a simple idea: there are no bad parts of you — only parts that have worked hard, in their own way, to protect you. Our role is to help those parts find their rightful place, so you can move through the world with more ease and less internal conflict.
We draw from an integrative toolkit, tailored session to session:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) — understanding the different "parts" of you, and helping them work together rather than against each other
-
Psychodynamic Therapy — exploring how past experiences and early relationships shape present-day patterns
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — building psychological flexibility to act on your values, even alongside difficult thoughts and feelings
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) — reprocessing memories and experiences that still feel "stuck"
-
Brainspotting — a body-based approach for releasing stress the mind alone can't reach
