Registered Counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
Hi, I’m Jeanette. I work with busy professionals, third-culture kids, and anyone feeling the strain of a fast-paced life. If you’re juggling ambition with burnout or navigating your identity across cultures, I’m here to help. My approach is founded on the belief that all parts of you are welcome and have a purpose.
Together, we’ll make sense of the inner conflict and find a path toward clarity and balance

More About Me
I work from a core belief: there are no bad parts of you, only parts that are trying their best to protect you. Perhaps a highly critical part helped you succeed professionally, but now leaves you feeling anxious and never good enough. Or maybe a people-pleasing part helped you adapt to new environments, but now makes it hard to set boundaries. Therapy is our chance to understand these dynamics without judgment.

To do this, I use an eclectic and evidence-based approach tailored to you. We can use powerful modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting to process and resolve trauma and deep-seated stress. We may also draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently work with your different inner parts, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move toward what truly matters to you, even when difficult feelings are present.
My personal and professional journey uniquely shapes my work. Having been born in Malaysia, educated in London, and now settled in Singapore, I intimately understand the challenges and strengths of being a global citizen. My background as a managing director gives me firsthand insight into corporate pressures, while my experience as a personal trainer taught me the deep connection between mind and body. This isn't just theory for me; it's lived experience.

That’s why I created Parts of Us—to be the kind of supportive, non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self. A place to untangle the knots of stress, burnout, and relational issues. A place where you can learn to work with your inner world, not against it.
Finding the right therapist is the most important step. If you feel a connection with what you've read here, I invite you to reach out. If I’m not the right fit for you, I’ll gladly support you in finding someone who is.
